Now Hiring - Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant in Florissant, MO

We are looking for an energetic and creative assistant property manager to assist our property manager oversee of our 250+ units residential property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. Efficient resources management is also very important. Rebranding will be important as well as lease-up.

Responsibilities will include assisting in:

• All aspects of the day-to-day operations of the apartment complex
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the property and its rebranding
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet the highest standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and vendors
• Negotiate service contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract qualified tenants
• Collect receivable accounts
• Work with legal counsel on evictions when necessary and allowed by law
• Provide excellent customer service

Skills

• Proven work experience multi-family properties of at least 3 years
• Fully understanding leasing, from marketing to move-in and move-out
• Competency in MS Office
• Customer focus and bottom line orientation
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Minimum of 3 years YARDI experience
• High School Diploma minimum
• SPANISH spoken and written a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year

• Yardi: 3 years (Required)
